10th Educatio Exhibition Opening Soon
2010.01.13I think, therefore i am there - this is the motto of the event considered to be one of the most important musters of higher education. The organisers of the exhibition held by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Educatio Public Services Non-Profit LLC aim to make it important and useful not only to representatives of the profession but also to (prospective) students.
The Educatio Exhibition is opening its gates for the tenth time on the 22nd of January, covering nearly all segments of education. In addition to the Hungarian institutions, foreign universities, language schools, manufacturers of educational equipments and research institutions involved in education are also represented at the event.
The professional exhibition organised on nearly 10 000 square meters offers a special opportunity for companies, institutions and experts playing a decisive role in education in Hungary to introduce themselves. Meanwhile, the event is also worth visiting for those outside the profession; students with a fresh secondary school cetrificate or even those who are about to acquire a next diploma will also find it an excellent opportunity for orientation, as anyone interested can meet nearly all the actors of higher education at the same time and place. At the exhibition, various institutions are represented not only by experts but also by practising students who offer help to visitors in choosing the appropriate institutions and in overall orientation. They can obtain information on admission opportunities, education systems, study and social grants, as well as dormitory placement options.
English language lectures can also be viewed and heard at the exhibition. Lecturers will talk to the interested audience about the processes, practices and experiences at Dutch, Canadian, Finnish, Spanish and other higher education institutions. Based on the experience of preceding years, organisers count on some 40 000 visitors - students, teachers, parents, heads and maintainers of institutions.
The exhibition will be held in chambers 'A' and 'C' of the SYMA Sport and Event Centre on 22-23 January, from 10 AM till 5 PM both days. Entry to the event is free of charge for everyone. It may be important for those living or studying in the countryside that the MÁV Hungarian State Railway Company provides a 33% allowance on ticket prices to those who travel to the event.
